Synopsis
In order to solve the problem of Japan's declining birthrate, a law was enacted that imposes various penalties on men with no sexual experience. This story is about a man who is reported in such a world, arrested, and imprisoned, and is molested by a sadistic, big-breasted, sex-loving, impregnable high school girl who is in charge of milking his semen. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Virginity Prohibition Law (Reiwa Year X Law No. X)" Article 1 (Purpose) In light of the fact that Japan's declining birthrate problem, which is getting worse every year, will deal a major blow to the country's future, the purpose of this law is to promote an increase in the birthrate by making virginity illegal. Article 2 (Definition) Japanese men must have had sexual intercourse with a partner by the time they turn 30. If a man is found to be a virgin, he will be imprisoned in a special prison and sentenced to "sperm milking imprisonment" for a number of years equal to his age at the time of arrest minus 30. Article 3 (Sentencing Criteria) There is no scientific way to determine whether or not a man is a virgin, so it is decided by the intuition of women close to him. In order to avoid false accusations, the police have a duty to investigate the suspect's dating history and the women he has dated.
